Returns & Refund Policy

We believe in creating a smooth and happy experience for everyone who joins Moo Club. While each piece of Moo Mail is made and packed with care, we understand that sometimes things may go a little wrong and thats okay.
 

Under this policy:

Returns or refunds are only applicable in case of a valid issue with your order — such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
If this happens, please write to us at ilyustrate@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your order, including:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue
     

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
 

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference, as all Moo Mail items are made in small batches and printed with love.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue was due to our fault.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed over to the postal service, delivery is beyond our direct control. However, if your Moo Mail hasn’t arrived within 15 days, please reach out, we’ll do our best to help track it down.

 

Processing Time
In case of any approved refunds, please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
