Shipping & Delivery Policy
For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company and postal service norms.
Regular product orders are dispatched within 8–14 business days from the date of order and payment, unless a later dispatch date is agreed at the time of purchase. DIYA SONI is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the shipment within the stated dispatch timeframe. Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer at checkout.
Mail Club & Subscription Packages (3/6/12 Months)
Moo Mail Club is a monthly mail subscription. All enrollments between the 20th of the month and the 2nd of the next month start with the upcoming monthly cycle. Each cycle ships once per month. Subscription and package orders do not ship immediately at the time of purchase.
Mails are dispatched in the first week of the month. As the production starts after enrollment cycle closes i.e. 2nd of the month. It takes at least 4 days to print production and dispatches after that.
Each Moo Club mail is made to order according to the order number placed and is not pre-made or readily available for dispatch. By purchasing a 3/6/12 month package, the buyer acknowledges that they will receive one envelope per month for the duration of the package selected. DIYA SONI is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or postal services during monthly dispatches.
Lost or Delayed Packages Once your order is handed over to the postal service, delivery is beyond our direct control. However, if your Moo Mail hasn’t arrived within 15 days, please reach out, we’ll do our best to help track it down.
